Mr. Djiby Mangane, an electromechanical engineer by training, is the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MANGANE HOLDING, whose first subsidiary was established in 2012. Since December 2022, he has overseen this multi-sector group, managing subsidiaries specializing in general trade, import-export, transportation, real estate, and other strategic industries. Under his leadership, the group has strengthened its presence across Africa, Asia, and Europe, developing integrated and innovative solutions tailored to the needs of businesses and communities.
Throughout his career, Mr. Mangane has held high-level positions in key industries such as energy, mining, refineries, and industrial assembly, leading major projects at both regional and international levels. This experience has enabled him to develop a strong strategic vision and the ability to manage complex projects, aligning operational performance with technical excellence.
A graduate of the École Polytechnique de Thiès, Mr. Mangane further strengthened his expertise through certifications in leadership and personal development. Recognized as a trainer, he is also the author of several technical guides, sharing his knowledge with both professionals and students. Passionate about martial arts, he has achieved the rank of Master, reflecting the discipline and perseverance that define both his professional and personal life.
