Ms. Aicha Mbacké Dieng joined MANGANE HOLDING in 2023 and currently serves as Sales Manager. After successfully obtaining her high school diploma, she chose to specialize in Information Technology at IACOM, developing strong technical skills and a keen understanding of digital tools applicable to business management and commerce.
She began her career within the group through a three-month internship as a sales agent, gaining hands-on experience in client development and commercial management. She then served as an executive assistant, further enhancing her versatility and understanding of MANGANE HOLDING’s organizational and strategic processes.
Hardworking, calm, humble, and methodical, Ms. Dieng stands out for her ability to manage complex projects while maintaining order and discipline. Her dedication and commercial vision enable her to lead the group’s business activities effectively, contributing to the strategic expansion and overall performance of MANGANE HOLDING.
